We require all our clients to agree to the terms and conditions set out below for all services.

Fees & Pricing

Fees are due and payable in full on the day of your procedure. Our prices include GST, but please note that they are subject to change without prior written notice and are accurate at the time of publishing.

Consultations & Bookings

You can schedule procedure appointments via phone, email, or our website. For cosmetic tattoo appointments, a $100 deposit ($50 for Touch up session) is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of treatment. We highly recommend a complimentary concept consultation for cosmetic tattoos before you book your procedure appointment. We encourage you to review our Terms & Conditions. Receipt of your booking deposit by M.E.T.A.Lash confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms & Conditions, including our cancellation policy.

Cancellations & Non-Attendance

Refunds for cosmetic tattoo deposits will ONLY be granted if we receive a written cancellation notice (via email or text) at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Clients who do not attend or cancel within 48 hours of the appointment will forfeit their entire booking deposit and will be required to provide an additional $100 deposit ($50 for Touch up session) for future bookings. Clients who miss their scheduled complimentary touch-up within 8 weeks or cancel within the required 48-hour notice period will forfeit their complimentary touch-up appointment. Except for cosmetic tattoo services, we do not require a deposit, and free cancellation is available.

M.E.T.A.Lash does not offer refunds for any services. Once you've made a deposit or payment for services, you are confirming your commitment to your scheduled appointment and your selected procedure. If you cancel or reschedule with more than 48 hours' notice remaining at the time of booking, your booking deposit will be refunded. Refunds will not be provided for changes of mind after the commencement of services.

Treatment Limitations

If you have any blemishes, active cold sores, pimples, moles, infections, or skin irritation of any kind in or around the procedure area, we won't be able to perform the procedure until it has fully cleared. If you're unsure about any treatment limitations, please inquire at the time of booking to avoid disappointment or loss of your deposit.

Specifically, cosmetic tattoos may not be suitable for the following clients: those with keloid-prone skin, pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, those undergoing chemotherapy or cancer treatment, individuals with heart problems, skin healing issues, a weak immune system, diabetes, or severe anxiety. If you are unsure about your suitability for cosmetic tattoos, please confirm with the beautician before making a booking.

Minors or Companions & Portable devices

To ensure you receive undivided attention and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not allow children or minors in the studio during a procedure.

Unless arranged otherwise in advance, companions or drivers are also not permitted in the studio during consultations or procedures as they can be distracting for both you and your beautician. They are welcome to wait in our reception area.

We kindly request that you turn off mobile phones and other portable devices for the entire duration of your appointment. Since the treatment may take several hours, we kindly ask that you schedule ample time for your appointment. These requests are made to ensure the best result for your procedure, and we greatly appreciate your cooperation.
